This summer, the NFL has announced that the Chicago Bears will be featured on Hard Knocks. The show will air on Tuesday nights on HBO starting on August 6th, as previously stated by the league. Three potential teams were considered for the show, including the Bears, Broncos and Saints.
The selection of the Bears was based on certain criteria, such as not having a first-year head coach, not making the playoffs in the past two years and not being featured on Hard Knocks in over a decade. It is likely that the NFL chose the Bears due to their star quarterback Caleb Williams who was picked first overall in the 2024 NFL draft. Both Williams and the Bears are hopeful that he will become a star player in the league for years to come.
In addition to this season’s Hard Knocks with the Bears, there will also be an offseason edition focusing on the Giants airing in July. Moreover, an in-season version of the show will showcase all four teams from one division. Fans can anticipate an exclusive look at these teams and their journeys throughout the season.
