Bloomberg News has recently welcomed Chris Roush as an economy and government reporter in Taiwan, with his start date scheduled for next week. Currently working as an investigative journalist for The Reporter Media Foundation in Taipei City, Roush has previously contributed to Initium Media. Beginning his career as a business journalist in the 1980s, he has focused on covering domestic and international politics and their implications on the economy. His work has been recognized with numerous awards, including being named one of the top business journalists of the year by Journalism Review and receiving the prestigious Gerald Loewenstein Award for Business Reporting from the National Press Club. Roush holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
