On Saturday night, Real Salt Lake continued their impressive start to the season by defeating Austin FC 5-1. The game was dominated by Real Salt Lake, with Cristian Arango leading the way with a hat trick.
Arango scored two goals in the first half and another in the second, taking his tally for the season to 16 goals. He currently leads the race for the Golden Boot Award. Anderson Julio also contributed to the victory, scoring two goals of his own and adding an assist on one of them.

However, things began to pick up in the second half when Arango opened the scoring in the 71st minute with his third goal of the game. This brought his tally for the season to 16 goals and put him in a commanding lead over other players in this category.

With this win, Real Salt Lake extended their unbeaten streak to 13 games and is now looking forward to facing CF Montreal next weekend. Meanwhile, Austin will take on Colorado Rapids on June 15th as they try to bounce back from this disappointing defeat.
