Plenković confirms he holds the list for European Parliament

On Monday, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković confirmed that he would be leading the list for Croatia in the upcoming European Parliament elections. When questioned by a journalist about this move, he replied firmly with “I want to.” He dismissed claims from the opposition that this was an “escape to Brussels” and instead stated that it was a winning list of individuals committed to strengthening Croatia’s presence in Europe.
