CTC Students Dominate SkillsUSA Competition, Winning 38 Medals and Securing National Title in Atlanta

Over the weekend of April 6 & 7, students from Cape Career and Technology Center excelled at the State SkillsUSA Competition, bringing home a total of 38 medals. A total of 61 students from the center competed at the state level, showcasing their skills, dedication, and hard work. Among the medals won, there were sixteen gold medals, fifteen silver medals, and seven bronze medals.

The post on CTC’s Facebook page expressed their pride in the students, as well as gratitude towards the instructors and mentors who played a role in the students’ success. The educators at CTC were recognized for the exemplary training they provided, which contributed to the students’ success. The post emphasized the potential within each student and promised ongoing support as they continue on their journey to greatness.

Sixteen of the gold medalists from CTC will now move on to compete in the SkillsUSA Nationals in Atlanta at the end of June. The competition provides an opportunity for these talented students to showcase their skills on a national stage and continue to pursue their dreams. As they move forward in their careers, they will carry with them not only their impressive achievements but also a strong sense of pride and accomplishment that will serve them well in all aspects of life.
