The Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference drew a huge crowd for its 34th annual event, with the theme of “Making the Impossible Possible”. This year’s conference focused on resilience, innovation and determination, setting the tone for a day of empowerment and inspiration.
Throughout its history, the conference has provided women with a platform to connect and support each other in their personal and professional pursuits. Attendees were treated to keynote speeches from prominent figures such as Marlee Matlin, an Academy Award-winning actress, author and activist, who shared her journey to success. Mari Perez-Dowling, CEO of United Way of Central Eastern California, delivered a powerful message of hope to close out the conference.
The conference included various workshops and vendors throughout the day, providing attendees with opportunities to learn and network.
