Rashi Khosla is an accomplished woman in technology who founded MARS Solutions Group in 2006. Under her leadership, the Waukesha-based technical staffing services firm has earned several accolades, including a spot on the Inc. 5000 list and a BizTimes Media Future 50 award. Most recently, Khosla was named Marketplace Wisconsin’s 2023 CEO of The Year and a 2024 Titan 100.
MARS Solutions Group is a certified woman-owned, minority-owned, and disability-owned business enterprise. In September 2020, Khosla and her team launched the MARS Returnship Program to help women with career gaps return to the workforce through reskilling and upskilling. The program provides training and support for women who have taken time off from their careers to care for family members or pursue other interests.
Apart from her role at MARS Solutions Group, Khosla serves on the board for Milwaukee Tech Hub and Ronald McDonald House Charities. She is also a member of Tempo Wisconsin and the Women Business Collaborative advisory council. Additionally, Khosla and MARS Solutions Group are partners with i.c.stars Milwaukee, an organization that provides technological growth opportunities for underserved communities.
Khosla’s commitment to giving back extends beyond her professional work. She volunteers at local schools and community organizations, sharing her knowledge of technology with young people and inspiring them to pursue careers in the field. Her passion for giving back has earned her numerous awards and recognitions throughout her career, including being named one of Milwaukee’s most influential women by Madison Magazine in 2018.
