FedScoop Promotes Caroline Nihill to Permanent Reporting Team Member: Insights on Her Journey and Coverage Ahead

Caroline Nihill has been promoted from editorial fellow to a permanent member of the FedScoop reporting team. Since joining the team last summer, she has been covering developments in AI, shifts in the Technology Modernization Fund and expanding FedScoop’s coverage to include Capitol Hill.
