Florrie’s Ever After Foods Secures $10 Million in Funding for Cultured Meat Production Using Placenta-Derived Stem Cells.

10 million dollars raised by Flory’s subsidiary for cultured food production

Florrie, a veteran drug development company specializing in cellular healing using placenta-derived stem cells, has announced that its subsidiary, Ever After Foods, has successfully completed a $10 million fundraising round with strategic partners in the US and Europe. The joint venture between Florrie and Tnuva has exclusive rights to Florrie’s technology for the production and commercialization of cultured meat.

Ever After Foods utilized Florrie’s multi-cell technology to develop a platform for producing muscle tissue and fat from various animals, mimicking the taste and texture of animal meat. This platform has significantly reduced production costs and increased nutritional value and taste. In addition to the investment, Florrie expanded the license granted to Ever After Foods to include cultured fish.

Eyal Rosenthal, CEO of Ever After Foods, expressed enthusiasm for the investment from new global partners, highlighting the commitment to solving production challenges in the cultured meat industry. The partnership aims to deepen connections in the industry and expand into international markets to lead sustainable cultured meat production on a large scale.

As a result of this collaboration, Ever After Foods is poised to advance their technology and expand their reach in the food industry while working towards creating more sustainable food options for consumers worldwide.
