The world’s airports are becoming increasingly cleaner and more hygienic, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Skytrax has released an annual report ranking airports around the world based on surveys regarding cleanliness. Haneda Airport in Japan has been named the cleanest airport for the ninth consecutive year, with several other Japanese airports like Tokyo Narita and Kansai also appearing in the top ten. Seoul Incheon and Singapore Changi claim the second and third spots, respectively, with Zurich from Europe making an appearance in tenth place.
Skytrax has released its annual rankings of the world’s ten cleanest airports, which includes Haneda Airport in Japan as the top airport for nine years running. Other Japanese airports such as Tokyo Narita and Kansai have also made it into the top ten. Seoul Incheon and Singapore Changi are ranked second and third respectively, while Zurich from Europe rounds out the list at number ten. While no North American or UK airports made it into this year’s rankings, there are several regional winners according to Skytrax.
