Live stream watching available in India

The Antalya meet will serve as the stage for India’s athletes to compete in the 20km race walk events at the World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships. The races will take place on a 2km looping course near the Antalya Expo Centre, with the start and finish lines located in front of the Expo 2016 Botanical Park.

India has a strong presence in both men’s and women’s 20km race walk events, with several athletes who have already met the Paris Olympics qualifying standard. In the men’s team event, Suraj Panwar, Ram Baboo, Vikash Singh, Servin Sebastian, and Arshpreet Singh will be competing, while Manju Rani, Payal, Pooja Kumawat, Mokavi Muthurathinam, and Ramandeep Kaur will represent India in the women’s team event.

The Antalya meet presents an opportunity for more Indians to achieve Olympic entry standards in these events. A maximum of three athletes per country per event can compete at Paris 2024. Unfortunately, India will not have any representatives in the junior men’s and women’s 10km race walk events in Antalya.

Viewers in India can catch all the action live on Live Stream Inside Track on the World Athletics website starting at 9:30 AM IST. The event will not be televised on any TV channel in India. However, they can witness Akshdeep Singh-Priyanka Goswami compete together in mixed relay teams representing India at this championship level for first time .
