Nashville NASCAR Cup Results and Driver Standings

Joey Logano emerged victorious in Sunday night’s NASCAR Cup race at Nashville Superspeedway after setting a series-record of five overtimes before the race concluded. With his victory, Logano became the 11th driver to lock in a playoff berth through a win, leaving five spots open with seven races remaining.

Despite leading for much of the race, Logano captured the checkered flag, with rookie Zane Smith finishing second and Tyler Reddick placing third. Ryan Preece finished fourth, while Chris Buescher rounded out the top five. Meanwhile, Christopher Bell dominated both stages of the race but crashed in the third stage, finishing in 36th place and ending his five consecutive top-10 finishes streak.

With his win, Logano moved the playoff cutline and secured the final playoff spot entering the race. Alex Bowman currently holds the last playoff spot, with Bubba Wallace trailing by 51 points and Chase Briscoe further behind by 78 points. Kyle Busch sits 104 points behind Bowman, hoping to secure a spot in the playoffs as well.
