King & Spalding Welcomes Three New Partners to Business Litigation Team

Jennifer Recine, Sarmad Khojasteh, and David Kupfer have joined King & Spalding as partners in the business litigation practice group in New York. This addition further strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients in a wide range of legal matters.

Recine co-chaired the real estate litigation practice at Kasowitz Benson Torres and has extensive experience in complex commercial, real estate, land use, and environmental disputes. Her expertise will enhance King & Spalding’s ability to handle complex business disputes.

Khojasteh specializes in complex business disputes, including securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, and corporate governance issues. His experience will help the firm better represent clients in a variety of legal matters.

Kupfer represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters as well as regulatory investigations. His expertise will be valuable to King & Spalding as it continues to grow its business litigation practice in New York.
