On Sunday, the performance of stocks in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries varied as the week began. While the UAE markets were closed, the main market index (TASI) on the Saudi Stock Exchange fell by 1.21% to 11,850.64 points. This was through the trading of 164.90 million shares worth 4.370 billion riyals. In Kuwait, the general market index also fell by 0.08% to 7,129.22 points, with the trading of 322.76 million shares worth 48.13 million dinars.
However, in Bahrain, the Bahrain General Index rose by 0.01% to 2,020.41 points, with the trading of 1.567 million shares worth 441,690 dinars.
