Houston Texans General Manager Nick Caserio, who was previously with the New England Patriots front office, has played a role in bringing cornerback Myles Bryant to the team. It was reported by Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle that Bryant has officially decided to join the Texans and the terms of his agreement have not been disclosed yet.
Bryant entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2020 when he signed with the New England Patriots. He has been a key member of their roster for the past four seasons, showcasing his talent by playing in 56 games and starting in 18 of them. Last season, he was a consistent presence on the field, appearing in every game and starting nine times. His contributions included 77 tackles, a sack, an interception, and two forced fumbles.
The Texans are looking forward to adding Bryant’s experience and skills to their roster as they continue to strengthen their defense. Fans eagerly await to see how he will make an impact on the team during the upcoming season.
