Northwest Colorado Health’s Community Health Center has been recognized as the best in class for 2023 by the Community Health Provider Alliance (CHPA). CHPA is a nonprofit organization that recognizes Community Health Centers that stand out among their peers or demonstrate significant improvement in various areas.
Northwest Colorado Health was the only one of the 20 member Community Health Centers in the state to meet all targets in every category, earning them this prestigious award. The performance measures evaluated by CHPA are aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency and coordination of patient care throughout Colorado.
