Oklahoma City Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was caught on video stomping on a puppy outside a business in southeast Oklahoma City. The incident, which took place on foot, was caught on camera and has prompted police to label the man as a danger to society.
The disturbing video shows the man holding the puppy by its back legs, dragging its nose on the ground as he walks. He punches, kicks, and stomps on the defenseless animal before finally abandoning it. MSgt. Jennifer Wardlow of the Oklahoma City Police Department described the graphic footage, highlighting the cruelty inflicted upon the innocent puppy.
Despite efforts to locate the puppy, it has not been found. Animal Welfare officials fear that the dog may have succumbed to its injuries.
