Oklahoma State University welcomes two-time All-American Wyatt Hendrickson to their wrestling program for the upcoming season. Hendrickson, a graduate from the Air Force Academy, announced his decision to transfer on his Instagram account and confirmed it on “The Barn Session” podcast. The United States Air Force granted him official approval to compete for another school after finishing in third place at the NCAA Championships in March and entering the transfer portal on April 24.

Hendrickson had an impressive four-year career at the Air Force Academy, where he finished his senior season with a record of 27-2. He compiled a 103-11 record throughout his collegiate career, never losing more than twice in a season after his freshman year. His success and experience will be valuable additions to the Oklahoma State wrestling program, which finished 10th in the NCAA Championships.

Joining Hendrickson at Oklahoma State is coach David Taylor, a former two-time All-American from Penn State. Taylor brings a wealth of experience and success to the coaching staff, having been part of a program that won 11 team titles since 2011. As they both prepare for their first year at Oklahoma State, expectations are high for a successful season ahead.
