Since joining the company in 2013, Steve has implemented strategies to improve efficiency across the business through AI and future use of gen AI technologies. His goal is to leverage new technologies to enhance customer experience and make their lives as seamless as possible.

Steve is excited about working in technology within the financial services industry and is constantly keeping up with advancements in the field. He believes that technology has a huge role to play in shaping the future of finance and is determined to develop a strategy that allows OneFamily to take advantage of it in ways that benefit customers.
