These phones are being purchased by consumers at this moment

In June, Chinese phone brand OnePlus emerged as the top-selling brand in the mobile phone market, according to data released by retailers such as Elisa, Telia, and Dna. The best-selling phones in the month featured cheaper models and 5G compatibility from major manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, and Honor. While exact sales volumes were not disclosed in the reports, it was noted that the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite was a popular choice among consumers at Gigantti, Telia, and Dna.

Apple’s iPhone models 13 and 15, as well as Samsung Galaxy’s A series phones, were also among the top sellers. For business customers, Apple and Samsung’s A-series devices were particularly popular. This highlights the divide between more expensive and budget-friendly models in the market.

Factors such as economic situations may influence consumer choices. Jyri Helistön of Gigantti’s sales manager believes that tighter budgets could impact spending on certain phone categories. Promotional campaigns played a role in driving sales across various price ranges in June for Elisa. Similarly, Telia noted a growing interest in 5G technology among customers with all top ten best-sellers being 5G-enabled devices.

Schools ended and discount sales increased in June leading to a busy period in the phone market for Telia. Dna echoed this sentiment stating that summer often prompts people to consider device upgrades especially when transitioning between locations where battery life and screen visibility could play crucial roles in meeting their needs.
