Randolph Senior Talon Rowland Commits to Charleston Southern University on Track & Field Scholarship

Charleston Southern University is gaining a talented and driven athlete in the form of Randolph senior Talon Rowland, who has officially committed to attend the university on a track & field scholarship. Talon recently signed his national letter of intent and will be joining the Buccaneers team.
