The Quad Life Science campus, a 9.8-acre life science and advanced-manufacturing park in West Cambridge, MA, has recently seen the completion of its third life science facility: 101 Smith Pl. This class A building, encompassing 161,616 s/f, is the final milestone in realizing the vision for The Quad.
Developed in partnership with Invesco Real Estate, The Quad consists of three life science facilities and one advanced manufacturing building with future development opportunities. The campus master plan has been carefully designed to incorporate elements of workplace, innovation, and lifestyle.
Through preleasing efforts and investment in spec suite construction, Davis secured a ten-year lease agreement with Samsung SDI, a South Korea-based battery and electronic materials manufacturer majority-owned by Samsung Electronics. Samsung SDI will occupy a 13,604 s/f spec suite on the third floor of 101 Smith Pl. upon completion in December 2024.
