Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC) have completed the first phase of Science Square, a mixed-use development situated next to Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia. Spanning 18 acres, this project includes Science Square Labs, a 368,258-square-foot building designed specifically for cutting-edge labs and clean-room space, and The Grace Residences, a 14-story residential tower that offers both market-rate and affordable housing options.
The Grace Residences feature a club room, an outdoor courtyard with fire pits and grilling areas, and a pool and fitness center. Residents began moving in during April. This residential complex is located near Science Square Labs, providing a convenient community for residents and professionals alike.
