The Elite racers returned to the track for semi-finals after qualifying earlier today. Vali Höll dominated the slippery slopes in Les Gets, setting another fastest time with a strong performance. Myriam Nicole finished in second place, just 1.29 seconds behind Höll, eager to secure a win on home soil. Tahnee Seagrave came in third, just 0.13 seconds ahead of Monika Hrastnik, who is an expert on the Les Gets track.
In the men’s category, Dakotah Norton also achieved wins in qualifying and semi-finals as he inches closer to his first World Cup win and seeks redemption for narrowly missing out in Val di Sole. Amaury Pierron was unable to match Norton’s pace, finishing 1.395 seconds behind. Loic Bruni made a comeback from a slower qualifying run and finished in third place, being the only other rider within three seconds of Norton.
