SkinSpirit, a national medical spa chain, offers personalized treatments such as facials, injectables, and laser services. Rowan, a woman-led company founded by a local entrepreneur, offers ear piercing services using high-quality hypoallergenic metals. Nava Health is an integrative medical practice that focuses on providing personalized health strategies through acupuncture, hormone replacement therapy nutrition expertise massage diagnostics aesthetics services. Toastique is a gourmet toast and juice bar that offers healthy toast options granola bowls cold-pressed juices smoothies coffee.

The town center has over 600k square feet of retail office space luxury residential units managed by Texas-based Trademark Property Company since 2018 it continues to evolve with new retailers and redevelopment campaign.
