President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has expressed solidarity with those affected by this tragedy, emphasizing that they are not alone in their struggle. However, despite ongoing efforts to mitigate damage and assist those affected, Rio Grande do Sul continues to face significant challenges in the aftermath of the flood.
