The focus at the Realtors convention: Pennsylvania’s economy, job market, and technology trends.

The annual Regional Industrial, Commercial, and Investment Conference was held in Pennsylvania, drawing more than 150 commercial real estate professionals. Hosted by various realtor associations, the event took place at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel and provided a platform for professionals to network and gain a deeper understanding of the industry’s current and future landscape.

Discussions at the conference included the impacts of technological advancements on different industries, how the job market is affecting companies, and the challenges faced within commercial real estate. The keynote address was delivered by KC Conway of KCnomics, LLC, who provided an insightful economic outlook covering various topics such as the overall economy, slow growth in the Pennsylvania economy, the role and impact of the Federal Reserve (FED), current commercial real estate conditions, capital and interest rates, and the implications of the small-box retail apocalypse on the Pennsylvania economy.

The conference also featured a panel discussion moderated by Kevin Schreiber, President and CEO of York Economic Alliance.
