Tom Brady’s NFL Dynasty Puts Him at the Helm of FOX Sports Football Commentary: Exclusive Interview

Tom Brady makes debut in FOX Sports booth for UFL Championship broadcast.

As a seven-time Super Bowl champion, former NFL quarterback Tom Brady has signed a lucrative 10-year, $375 million contract with FOX Sports to become the lead game analyst starting in the 2024-25 season. Taking over for longtime play-by-play announcer Greg Olsen, Brady will bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to the booth.

During the UFL championship game between the Birmingham Stallions and San Antonio Brahmas on Sunday night, Brady got a taste of the action as he was set to call plays during the second quarter. Fellow FOX announcers Curt Menefee and Joel Klatt warmly welcomed him to the booth, with Menefee asking for Brady’s impressions of the championship game.

Brady noted that defense was emphasized in the game and that someone needed to push the ball down the field to open it up. He highlighted how important it is to make defenses work by using the entire field, a strategy that he had employed during his playing days.

Brady’s recent Hall of Fame induction by the New England Patriots marked a significant milestone in his illustrious career. With his transition into broadcasting, he brings an unparalleled level of expertise and insight that will undoubtedly enhance viewers’ football viewing experience.
