The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is set to take place in June, with the United States of America and the Caribbean co-hosting the tournament. The US team has recently announced their 15-member squad for the tournament, which includes Monnak Patel as captain and Aaron Jones as vice-captain.

Other members of the team include Andries Gous, Corey Anderson, Ali Khan, Harmeet Singh, Jessy Singh, Milind Kumar, Nisarg Patel, Nitish Kumar, Noshtush Kenjige, Saurabh Nethralvakar, Shadley Van Schalkwyk, Steven Taylor, and Shayan Jhangir.

The US squad will be a part of Group A alongside India, Pakistan, Ireland, and Canada. Their first match is scheduled for 2 June against Canada at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas.

The squad has until 25 May to make any changes to their roster before approval from the ICC’s Event Technical Committee is required. This gives teams a little over a week to finalize their rosters before the tournament commences. It will be exciting to see how the co-host USA performs in the tournament and whether they can make a mark on the international cricket stage.
