Rochester Regional Health (RRH) has recently recognized Dwight Raum, its Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), as one of the “Chief Digital Officers to Know In 2024” by Becker’s Hospital Review. Since joining RRH in 2023, Mr. Raum has been instrumental in driving progress within the health system’s IT infrastructure. He has led several successful digital initiatives that have helped modernize RRH’s IT infrastructure. One such initiative was implementing Enterprise Access Management with Single-Sign-On (SSO) to simplify access and improve security for employees. Additionally, Mr. Raum has been involved in reimagining data governance to support integrated health system operations, data analytics, and technology while also developing a digital and AI-driven roadmap for the organization’s future.
Mr. Raum is known as a collaborative leader who has played a key role in facilitating RRH’s virtual care redesign and establishing a command center for multi-disciplinary care coordination.
