Bud Dupree, the 31-year-old free-agent edge rusher, is weighing his options as he considers which team to join next. The Chargers, Falcons and Steelers have expressed interest in signing him, and it’s looking like he may soon be joining a new team.
During his time with the Falcons last season, Dupree recorded an impressive 6.5 sacks, eight tackles for loss, and eight QB hits in just 16 games. He also had three passes defensed and two forced fumbles. Throughout his career spanning 119 games with 99 starts, Dupree has accumulated an impressive total of 53.0 sacks, 70 tackles for loss, and 90 QB hits.
