Summer Fangman, a recent graduate from Washburn University with a degree in psychology, has been hired as an administrative professional by the Kansas Hospital Association. Prior to joining KHA, Fangman worked as a shift supervisor for Glory Days Pizza and an activities assistant at Ascension Living Via Christi Village. She brings excellent customer service skills to the position and enjoys entertaining friends and family using locally grown foods. Fangman resides in Topeka.
Lance Liby has been promoted to the new chief business officer for FHLBank Topeka, a wholesale bank that serves member financial institutions in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. He previously served as the chief credit officer and will lead many member-facing areas. Liby has a background in business administration and a master’s in business administration and has been with FHLBank Topeka since 2013. He is committed to serving members and communities across the district through the member-owned cooperative.
