The PAMEX Local Investment Finance Facility (PLIFF) recently collaborated with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hellenic-Spanish Chamber of Commerce to host a successful side event at the Our Ocean Conference in Athens. Titled “Financing Ocean Economy and Political Mobilization within the Mediterranean Region,” the event focused on the importance of political will and mobilization efforts in protecting the oceans and environment in the region.
Participants emphasized the need for coordinated efforts from governments, businesses, and civil society to work towards sustainable solutions.
