Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, has recently integrated its Meta AI assistant powered by the new Large Language Model (LLM) Llama 3 into its social networks. This integration adds new capabilities for accessing information on the web without having to switch between applications. The company has also begun testing a new feature called Imagine, which allows users to generate images from text in WhatsApp.
Last year, Meta introduced its chatbot-type assistant based on the Llama 2 model. This technology allows users to access real-time information and interact with natural language across various services and devices, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Recently, Meta has expanded testing of its Meta AI chatbot to users in India, the United States, and African countries.
