Noah Lyles, the reigning world champion in both the men’s 100m and 200m, is preparing for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. This weekend, he will be competing at the World Athletics Relays Bahamas 24 from May 4th to 5th as he takes another step towards his goal.

As part of the U.S. men’s team, Lyles will be leading a talented group that includes Tokyo 2020 silver medallist Kenny Bednarek and Courtney Lindsey, who currently holds the world lead in the 200m for 2024. The fourth member of their 4x100m relay team has yet to be announced.

Lyles has previously competed at the World Relays twice before, finishing as part of runner-up squads for Team USA in both 2017 and 2019. This time around, he hopes to finally secure a gold medal on home soil at the World Relays Bahamas 24.
