Orange County Restaurants and Food Vendors Shutdown by Health Inspectors for Infestations

Health inspectors close Orange County restaurants (April 25-May 2) – Orange County Register

In the week of April 25 to May 2, several restaurants and food vendors in Orange County were ordered to close by health inspectors. The Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club’s kitchen in Newport Beach was closed on May 1 due to a cockroach infestation but was able to reopen on May 2. Texas Pit Bar-B-Que in Lake Forest was closed on April 30 with no reason provided. San Clementa Sushi Co. in San Clemente was also closed on April 30 due to a rodent infestation but was able to reopen on May 1.

Zankou Chicken in Anaheim was closed on April 29 due to a cockroach infestation but reopened on April 30. Orange County Pizza in Rancho Santa Margarita was closed on April 29 due to insufficient hot water but reopened on April 30. Golden Rose Mediterranean Cuisine in Buena Park was closed on April 29 due to a rodent infestation but reopened on April 30.

CTB Eatery in Garden Grove was closed on April 25 due to a rodent infestation but reopened on April 27. John’s Incredible Pizza Co. in Buena Park, Royal Wok in Orange, Cho Tam Bien in Garden Grove, and Seoul Haus in Irvine were all closed on April 25 for various reasons such as cockroach and rodent infestations, but were able to reopen soon after.
