Tahoe Forest Health System Makes Healthcare More Convenient with New Lease in Truckee

New lease agreement finalized for former Rite Aid space by Tahoe Forest Health System

The Tahoe Forest Health System has secured a long-term lease on the 21,000 square foot building that was previously occupied by Rite Aid Truckee in the Gateway Center in Truckee, California. This space has been vacant since Rite Aid closed its doors in December 2023.

Harry Weis, President and CEO of Tahoe Forest Health System, is thrilled about the possibilities that this new location brings. He stated that their goal is to make healthcare more convenient for the community by providing a wider range of services. With its central location, easy parking, and accessibility, this building is an ideal spot for the Health System to expand its operations.

While specific plans for the space have not been announced yet, Tahoe Forest Health System is already working on determining which services would be most beneficial to the community in this location. The focus is on providing quality healthcare services that meet the needs of residents in the area.
