The talented senior golfer Sacchi Deshmukh from Wayzata has been a standout student-athlete at her school for several years now. Since seventh grade, she has been part of the Trojans’ varsity team and consistently ranks among the top six players on the team.
Deshmukh’s dedication to golf has paid off as she is currently ranked second in the state by the Minnesota Golf Association. Last year, she placed sixth at the class AAA state tournament, which is an impressive feat for any golfer.
Apart from her love for golf, Deshmukh is also an accomplished violinist and a vital member of the Wayzata High School orchestra. She maintains an excellent academic record while balancing her extracurricular activities, which shows her determination and commitment towards her education.
After graduation, Deshmukh plans to pursue a degree in chemical engineering at the University of Texas. Her passion for both golf and academics will undoubtedly serve her well in her future endeavors.
