Exile Brewing Co. Takes Home Silver Medal for G.G. at the World Beer Cup

The 2024 World Beer Cup Awards took place in Las Vegas, and the competition was fierce. This year, the event awarded medals for 110 beer styles, with brewers from all over the world competing. Exile Brewery Co. in Des Moines emerged victorious with a silver medal for its Munich-style dunkel, G.G., while Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant in Topeka, Kansas, took home the gold for its Munich Dunkles. Sturdy Shelter Brewing in Batavia, Illinois received a bronze for its Wilson Street Dunkel.

With more than 9,300 beers from 2,060 breweries representing 50 countries evaluated by 290 judges from 37 countries, this year’s competition was truly a showcase of the best beers from around the world.
