The 2024 Health and Fitness Expo is an exciting event that will take place on Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Edmonds School District Stadium in Edmonds, located at 7600 212th St. S.W. This free event is open to all families living within the boundaries of Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County.

Attendees can expect to find a wide range of health and wellness booths, nutrition education, and various opportunities to be active. The event will feature activities such as the Move 60! Fun Run, track and field events, Bike Blender, obstacle course, interactive vendor booths, and activity demonstrations.

The fun run registration will begin at 11 a.m., with a t-shirt provided to the first 250 kids who register on-site. The run itself will start at 11:30 a.m., making it a great opportunity for kids to get some exercise while having fun with their friends and family members!

This event is organized by the City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation and the Edmonds School District Move 60! program in collaboration with organizations that promote health and fitness for all ages and abilities.
