From Cut to Redemption: Quintez Cephus Returns to the NFL with the Bills

Bills add Quintez Cephus to roster following end of gambling suspension

Wide receiver Quintez Cephus, who was cut and suspended a year ago, has found his way back into the NFL. After being reinstated last week, Cephus has signed with the Bills, as announced by his agents. The 26-year-old was a fifth-round pick for the Lions in 2020 and played for Detroit for three seasons, where he caught 37 passes for 568 yards and four touchdowns. However, he was suspended indefinitely last year for violating the NFL gambling policy, leading to his release from the Lions.

With his experience and skills, Cephus has a good chance of making the team and contributing on the field. The Bills are in need of help at wide receiver, and Cephus will be competing for a spot on their roster. This second chance in the NFL gives Cephus the opportunity to continue his career and showcase his talent with the Bills.
