Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson Drops 25 Pounds in Offseason, Reveals Fitness Regimen on Complex Sports

Lamar Jackson Reveals He Has Slimmed Down to 205 Pounds

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been proactive in his approach to fitness during the offseason, focusing on his physique instead of taking a relaxed vacation. In an Instagram segment on Complex Sports, he recently revealed that he has dropped to 205 pounds, a significant decrease from his previous weights.

Reading social media posts about himself, Jackson acknowledged the change in his body and shared that he was 230 pounds two years ago and 215 pounds last season. However, despite the Ravens listing him at 215 pounds on their roster, Jackson has consistently monitored his weight and made adjustments accordingly.

In 2022, Jackson focused on gaining muscle mass and increased his weight to 220 pounds. After achieving this goal, he decided to shed 5 pounds in 2021 to achieve his second MVP award. His commitment to maintaining peak physical condition is evident in his disciplined approach to weight management through muscle gain and loss.

Jackson’s dedication to fitness and performance on the field is clear from these efforts. By actively monitoring and adjusting his weight, he has been able to fine-tune his physique and achieve successful results on the football field.
