Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is set to open its third location in Fishers, Indiana on Monday. The restaurant is known for its diverse menu items, including chicken, hamburgers, po’boys, desserts and cocktails. Already operating in West Lafayette and Clarksville, the franchise restaurant is owned by Todd Johnson, Wade Kornblith and NFL Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks from Trident Hospitality.

The new location will be situated at 11655 Fishers Corner Blvd., just a short drive from downtown Indianapolis and close to the I-69 interchange for 116th Street. It will be located across the street from the Target department store at the former O’Charley’s Restaurant and Bar site. In addition to the owners, former NFL quarterback Drew Brees has also been a financial backer of Walk-On’s expansion efforts.

To celebrate the opening of the new restaurant, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Monday with local chamber of commerce leaders and Walk-On’s operators in attendance. The restaurant will officially open its doors at 11 a.m., with one lucky guest having the chance to win free Walk-On’s food for an entire year if they are among the first 100 customers.
