The Executive Director of the Oberlin Business Partnership, Sharon Pearson, stated that the organization has participated in several similar events in the Leadercast Series, but the Super Teams event is unique. Pearson emphasized that this event provides a valuable networking opportunity for attendees to connect with their peers, people in similar industries, and individuals from different sectors.

The Super Teams event will be recorded, but it’s encouraged for attendees to attend in person. The focus of this event is on providing new leadership strategies that can be implemented by attendees once they return to work after the pandemic.

Pearson noted that there are few opportunities in the area like this event, making it a valuable resource for professional development. Attendees will have the chance to learn new skills and techniques that can help them become better leaders.
