The Executive Director of the Oberlin Business Partnership, Sharon Pearson, stated that the organization has participated in several similar events in the Leadercast Series, but the Super Teams event is unique. The Super Teams event will be recorded, but it’s encouraged for attendees to attend in person. The focus of this event is on providing new leadership strategies that can be implemented by attendees once they return to work after the pandemic.
