The sports bar is owned by a group of five individuals, one of whom is Ryan Deichert, a pilot who inspired the name of the establishment. Deichert shared that the idea for the bar came from one of his fellow owners, who also has a passion for aviation.
Despite the challenges that come with starting a new business and becoming a father, Deichert reflected on the experience as both challenging and rewarding. He is excited for what lies ahead in both aspects of his life.
Aviators has already had an unofficial soft opening over the past two weeks, despite minimal advertising. Customers have been flocking to the bar, eager to experience its unique aviation-themed atmosphere.
Jersey Thomas, one of Aviators’ bartenders, expressed her gratitude for the welcoming atmosphere at the bar. As a first-time bartender, Thomas received valuable support from her colleagues as she settled into her role at Aviators.
